KIRIL DOBROVOLSKY | corporate: Mr. Dobrovolsky has extensive expertise in equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and the representation of startups and emerging companies in various corporate matters. He holds a J.D. from Stanford University and has practiced in the corporate law departments of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP and Gunderson Dettmer, LLP in the Silicon Valley.

 

DAVID M. GIVEN | litigation:  Mr. Given's litigation practice encompasses civil and business disputes, copyright and trademark infringement, employment and confidentiality issues in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Given represents primarily startup, production, and technology companies, as well as talent. He has taught entertainment law at UC Berkeley.

 

SUE HOLLOWAY | patents:  Ms. Holloway is a registered patent attorney practicing in the areas of computer hardware and software. Her practice also encompasses international patent and copyright protection. Honored as one of the top patent attorneys in the San Francisco region by Bay Area Lawyer magazine, she has a background in computer programming. Ms. Holloway is a partner with Blakely Sokoloff, LLP in the Silicon Valley.


CLAY LORINSKY | commercial finance and real estate:  Mr. Lorinsky started his  25-year career as a litigator in the commercial finance, general business and entertainment fields. Since redirecting his practice to transactional work, he has negotiated secured debt financing transactions in various industries ranging from apparel manufacturing to telecommunications, as well as financing agreements for numerous television projects -- including as in-house counsel for NBC and Tri-Star, and real estate transactions totaling over one hundred and eighty-five million dollars in value.    

EDITH LAGARDE-BELLEC | France | technology law:  A member of the Paris bar since 1995, Mrs Lagarde-Bellec practices intellectual property law, with a focus on technology and new media. She holds a DESS de Droit de l'Entreprise de Haute Technologie (LL.M. in technology law) and a Maitrise en Droit Privé (J.D.) with Honors from the University of Paris, where she now teaches law; she was also granted a teaching position at 

the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris after graduating there in the top 5% of her class.
